Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Low Digit, we are committed to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning merchandise, exchanges, and refunds for materials/services purchased from our online store. Our policy complies with the European Union (EU) consumer protection laws and regulations.

A customer who makes a remote purchase of products and/or services from Low Digit through the online store has, according to the relevant legislation, the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product or products and/or services purchased, in accordance with the procedure described in this chapter, with the exception of products and/or services provided by the relevant legislation (e.g., service contracts after the full provision of the service, if execution began with the prior explicit consent of the consumer, the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, the supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, etc.).

2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

 

2.2 Notice of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). Customers may use the model withdrawal form provided here.

 

3. Material Returns

3.1 Return Conditions

- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

 

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized items.

- Perishable products.

- Discounted or clearance items.

 

3.3 Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

3.4 Buyer Obligations

The buyer is obliged to return the goods/services without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day he informed Low Digit of his decision to withdraw from the contract. This deadline is met if the buyer sends back the goods before the 14-calendar day period has expired.

Products must be returned in the condition they were received by the buyer, along with the packaging. Additionally, for the withdrawal to be accepted, special markings (tags) must not have been removed from the products, and the sales receipt must be returned.

In the case of a refund by deposit into the buyer's bank account, the buyer is required to note the number of their bank account on the withdrawal form, to which the COMPANY will refund the money.

 

3.5 Obligations of Low Digit

Low Digit may withhold the refund of the product price until it has received the goods back or until the buyer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Specifically, for refunds for products for which cash on delivery was chosen as the payment method, the refund will be made by depositing the amount into the customer's bank account.

 

3.6 Return Costs and Method

The buyer bears the cost of returning the products, using a courier company of their choice. In cases of returning products from a country outside the European Union, there may be customs clearance fees.

 

3.7 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

It is expressly agreed that the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if he has purchased a product from which the necessary protective coverings and tags have been removed, as well as if the form/composition has been substantially altered. Additionally, there is no right of withdrawal for products and/or services provided by relevant legislation (see above).

 

3.8 Request for Exchange (Product Replacement)

It is expressly agreed that Low Digit will accept product replacement requests only for reasons related to functionality and always subject to stock availability within fourteen days of receipt of the product.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., noting the product codes he wishes to replace, as well as the preferred color and/or size. Within 48 hours, he will receive an email on whether his request has been accepted. The customer in this case bears the cost of sending the products to Low Digit, which he sends along with the payment receipt, and Low Digit returns the new product to the customer at its own expense through its partnered courier company.

Low Digit provides the customer the right to replace the products purchased through the online store for reasons related to the functionality of the products, provided the corresponding product codes are available at the respective physical store. In any case, the customer is required to present the retail receipt or invoice. In this case, Low Digit recommends that the customer contact them to check the availability of the products.

Products must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer and with the packaging. Furthermore, for the replacement to be accepted, the special markings (tags) must not have been removed and the sales receipt must be returned.

 

3.9 Replacement Due to Actual Product Defect or Lack of Agreed Quality

  1. It is expressly agreed that the customer has the right to replace products or receive a refund according to the relevant provisions on sales, provided all relevant rules are observed in case of a defective product or lack of agreed quality, as ascertained after inspection of the returned product by Low Digit, as already mentioned above. In this case, the cost of returning the products, which will be done through the partnered courier company with Low Digit, is borne by Low Digit.
  2. In the case of replacing a defective product, products must be returned in the condition they were received by the customer and with the packaging. Furthermore, for the replacement to be accepted, the special markings (tags) must not have been removed and the sales receipt must be returned.

 

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed only for items returned according to the material return policy (chapter 3).

 

4.2 Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 40 working days, and the credit will be applied to the original payment method.

 

 

5. Prepayments and Special Orders

5.1 Non-Refundable Prepayments

Prepayments for products not available in stock are non-refundable. This includes items specially ordered, made to order, or unavailable at the time of purchase. By making a prepayment, the customer acknowledges and accepts that these funds are non-refundable.

 

5.2 Offering Equivalent Product

If the exact product ordered cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or production issues by the manufacturer, then Low Digit must offer an equivalent product. If the customer rejects the equivalent product, the prepayment remains non-refundable.

 

5.3 Offering Store Credit

If the exact product ordered cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or production issues by the manufacturer, then Low Digit can offer issuing store credit of the same value, which the customer can use for future purchases.

 

5.4 Offering Partial Refund and Partial Store Credit

If the exact product ordered cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or production issues by the manufacturer, then Low Digit can offer a combination where part of the amount is refunded and the rest is provided as store credit.
